Riders On The Storm è una canzone dei Doors del 1971, pubblicata col loro album L.A. Woman e, a detta del chitarrista Robby Krieger, ispirata dalla popolare canzone cowboy “Ghost Riders In The Sky”. La canzone contiene effetti sonori quali tuoni e pioggia e Ray Manzarek imita il cadere delle gocce con un piano elettrico. Jim Morrison invece registrò due parti vocali: una quella cantata, mentre un’altra completamente sussurrata in modo da ottenere un effetto più etereo.
Riders On The Storm è stata l’ultima canzone registrata da tutti i membri dei Doors assieme, dal momento che Jim Morrison sarebbe morto di lì a breve.
