Adam’s Song è una canzone di Enema Of The State (2000), il terzo album dei Blink 182. Rappresenta uno dei rari casi in cui le tematiche discusse nei brani del gruppo si fanno serie: si parla di depressione e suicidio, in riferimento a Mr. Show, un programma tv comico americano in cui in uno sketch un metallaro cercava il suicidio gettandosi in una vasca d’acido. Sfortunatamente però, pochi mesi dopo l’uscita del singolo un 17enne si uccise davvero impiccandosi nel garage con, in sottofondo, Adam’s Song ripetuta all’infinito dallo stereo che si era portato con sé e vennero sollevate non poche polemiche sul modo di trattare un così delicato argomento.
