Pubblicata nel 2002 con l'album Weathered, One Last Breath è una canzone dei Creed su di un uomo che, in fin di vita (nel suo ultimo respiro), cerca di rimanere aggrappato a tutte le cose che gli sono state care. È una ballata grunge semplice da suonare, tanto delicata nella strofa, pulita, quanto potente nel ritornello, distorto. Come singolo ebbe un notevole successo, piazzandosi al sesto posto della classifica americana, e diventando col tempo un esercizio per chitarristi in erba molto utile, sia per l'arpeggio iniziale semplificato dalle molte note a capo tasto sia per la parte in overdrive.
