Perfect Day è un classico di Lou Reed, inciso nel 1972 con l'album Transformer e riproposto dallo stesso nel 2003 in una nuova versione per l'album The Raven. E' stata reinterpretata da moltissimi artisti di fama internazionale, tra cui Duran Duran, Kirsty MacColl, Patti Smith (che ne hanno incisa una cover) ed anche Wolfmother e Coldplay (che hanno eseguito dal vivo il brano).
