The Hell Song è stata pubblicata nel 2003, estratta poi come secondo singolo dall’album Does This Look Infected? dei Sum 41.
Sia il titolo dell’album che il testo della canzone hanno come tema il virus HIV, in quanto all’epoca venne contratto da un amico del gruppo. Piuttosto curioso è il videoclip di The Hell Song, dove si raffigura con una marea di pupazzetti un concerto dei Sum 41 al quale presenziano ospiti del calibro di Ozzy Osbourne, Snoop Dog, Marylin Manson ed addirittura Gesù.
La canzone è stata usata come colonna sonora del film American Pie 4 – The Wedding.
