Father And Son è una delle canzoni più famose del cantautore inglese Cat Stevens (oggi Yusuf Islam), pubblicata nel 1970 col meraviglioso album Tea For The Tillerman. Il testo parla di un padre che non comprende il volere del figlio di abbandonare tutto ciò che egli ha in cerca di una nuova vita. Per questo gli spiega che le cose più belle sono quelle più semplici e non c'è bisogno di cercarle lontano. A detto dello stesso autore, è una canzone autobiografica e riflette il rapporto di Cat Stevens col padre.
