Quinto lavoro in studio per il rocker australiano e i suoi Bad Seeds, è stato registrato a Berlino Ovest ed è interamente dedicato all'attore brasiliano Fernando Ramos da Silva, morto nel 1987 a soli vent'anni durante uno scontro con la polizia. La canzone è la traccia d'apertura dell'album nonché il primo singolo estratto; scritta insieme a Mick Harvey vede come protagonista un condannato sulla sedia elettrica.
