Evidence è un brano composto e inciso dai Faith No More, contenuto nell'album King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime pubblicato nel 1995. Quinto lavoro in studio per la band di San Francisco, è il frutto di tre anni di lontananza dalle scene e fu ritenuto, paragonandolo al precedente Angel Dust, fallimentare sul piano commerciale. La canzone è il terzo singolo estratto dal disco e nasce in un periodo di forti cambiamenti: uno su tutti il licenziamento del chitarrista Jim Martin.
