Quinto lavoro in studio da solista per il rocker di New York, è l'ideale continuazione del suo capolavoro Transformer in cui continua la storia del travestito che nella realtà era il suo compagno Rachel. La canzone è il brano di chiusura del lato B e parla di quando il protagonista, da ragazzo, subisce la terapia elettroconvulsivante per curare la propria omosessualità.
