Quarto disco di inediti per la band di Seattle, si discosta nettamente dal precedente Badmotorfinger per un sound più elegante e ricercato, frutto di contaminazioni con il pop e il rock psichedelico. La canzone porta la firma del frontman Chris Cornell ed è il secondo singolo estratto dall'album; il testo racconta la sua esigenza di uscire finalmente dal guscio della solitudine.
