One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer è un brano reinterpretato da George Thorogood, la cui versione è contenuta nel suo disco d'esordio George Thorogood and the Destroyers pubblicato nel 1977. Musica e parole nascono nel 1953 dalla penna del cantautore statunitense Rudy Toombs e il primo ad incidere il pezzu fu, nello stesso anno, il bluesman texano Amos Milburn. La versione di George è, in realtà in medley tra One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer e House Rent Boogie di John Lee Hooker.
