Better Man è un brano scritto e inciso dai mitici Pearl Jam, contenuto nell'album Vitalogy pubblicato nel 1995. Terzo lavoro in studio per la band di Seattle, riscuote ottimo successo internazionale aggiudicandosi oltre 5 milioni di copie vendute solo negli Stati Uniti. La canzone è scritta dal frontman Eddie Vedder e risale a molti anni prima, quando era al liceo. A detta di Eddie stesso :"La canzone è dedicata al bastardo che sposò mia madre".
