It’s My Life è una canzone del gruppo pop inglese Talk Talk, incisa nel 1984 con l’omonimo album e riproposta nel 2003 dai No Doubt.
L’originale è stata curiosamente rilasciata come singolo ben tre volte: nel 1984, nel 1985 ed infine nel 1990, anno in cui ha conosciuto un discreto successo in gran parte d’Europa in quanto singolo promotrice di Natural History: The Very Best Of Talk Talk. Anche i No Doubt con essa hanno promosso il loro greatest hits, dal titolo The Singles 1992-2003, ed il singolo ha ricevuto una nomination quale Miglior performance pop ai Grammy Awards.
