Cat Scratch Fever è un brano scritto e interpretato da Ted Nugent, contenuto nell'album omonimo pubblicato nel 1977. Terzo lavoro in studio per il chitarrista di Detroit, viene realizzato subito dopo il fortunato giro di concerti per gli USA... in veste di apripista dei Black Sabbath. La canzone, la title track, è il brano d'apertura del lato A; uno dei suoi brani più rappresentativi, che è stato oggetto di numerose cover nel corso dei decenni successivi.
