Sunday Morning è la traccia d'apertura dell'album The Velvet Underground & Nico, uscito nel marzo 1967 e rilasciato due mesi prima come singolo promotore del medesimo album dei Velvet Underground. Fu scritta da Lou Reed e John Cale in una domenica mattina (da qui il titolo) appositamente per la voce di Nico; all'ultimo però, in fase d'incisione, venne cantata dallo stesso Lou Reed e Nico fu rilegata ai backing vocals. Nel brano viene molto utilizzata la celesta, su intuizione dello stesso John Cale.
