This Land Is Your Land è un brano scritto e interpretato da Woody Guthrie, all'anagrafe Woodrow Wilson Guthrie, pubblicata come singolo nel 1945. Canzone che il padre del rock 'n roll statunitense aveva nel cassetto già dal 1940, la sua stesura originale conteneva alcune strofe dalla forte protesta contro la politica di quegli anni, fatta di discriminazioni sociali e di eccessive privatizzazioni. A noi rimane, comunque, un grande classico del folk americano. Un autentico pezzo di storia!
