Aneurysm è un brano composto e inciso dai Nirvana, contenuto nell'album Incesticide pubblicato nel 1992. Si tratta di una raccolta antologica in cui la band di Aberdeen regala ai fans alcune rarità, covers e singoli risalenti agli inizi della loro carriera. La canzone è del 1991 ed è tra le poche ad essere stata composta da tutti e tre i membri del gruppo assieme; il testo è una sorta di satira contro i cliché delle rockstar e del rapporto che hanno con la droga e contiene anche alcuni riferimenti al rapporto sentimentale tra Kurt Cobain e Tobi Vail.
