Terza fatica discografica per il duo statunitense, prende spunto nel titolo dal verso di uno dei loro pezzi più belli e conosciuti, la ballata tradizionale inglese Scarborough Fair. Questa canzone, invece, porta la firma di Paul Simon ed è la quarta traccia del lato A: musica e parole nascono durante un suo soggiorno nel UK, mentre aspettava il treno.
